Returns and Exchanges

We hope you are happy with your Intelligent Mountain products; however, if you are not completely satisfied, below you can find our returns policy. Please ensure you read this page carefully and understand the terms of the policy. If you are unsure about anything please contact our customer service department for clarification. We aim to respond to any of your queries within 24 hours.

Returns Policy

1. All items should be returned within a 14-day period.
2. Items should have original tags and labels attached.
3. Items should be in the original state of purchase not worn, washed or altered.
4. Intelligent Mountain have the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we deem the returned item cannot be resold, i.e signs of wear, alteration, damage or misuse.
5. Once a refund has been approved you will be repaid the original price (item fee and delivery) you paid.
6. We offer free returns on all UK orders. For international orders, you will need to cover delivery fees unless we are at fault i.e. wrong colour, size or quantity. In this event, we will cover the whole return fee.
7. Intelligent Mountain will not be held responsible for any loss, damage of returns or exchanges. We advise you use a courier that will provide you with a tracking number, to ensure we receive the items safely.

Exchange Policy

1. If you would like to exchange your item, please note we will only exchange it for a different colour or size of the same item.
2. If you want to exchange your item for an alternative item you will need to process it as a refund, and then place a new order.
3. All exchanges will be subject to stock availability; if we are out of stock you will be offered a full refund.
